Yes, additional monthly fees include technology, valet trash, pest control, and trash service.
Maintenance requests can be submitted through your online resident portal. You can also email the leasing team to place the request for you.
We do offer 24-hour emergency maintenance. Emergency requests are considered:
1. Fire
2. Flooding
3. No heat (temperature outside is 50 or below)
4. No electricity
5. No water
6. Clogged toilet (if you only have one toilet)
7. Entry door, or exterior window not secure and/or lock malfunctioning
8. No hot water
9. No Air Conditioner (temperature outside is 85 or above)
10. Kitchen sink stopped up completely
11. Tub drain completely stopped up (if you only have one tub)
12. Active roof leak
We do have a technology package that consists of internet already setup in each home.
All apartment homes come with a washer/dryer.
One free parking spot is available per apartment. Additional parking spots are $75 per month. We also offer reserved parking for $100 per month.
We are a pet friendly community.
We have a two pet limit per apartment home. The fee for one pet is $500, and the fee for two pets is $750. These one time fees are non-refundable. The pet rent is $20 per pet per month. The breed restrictions are: Pit Bull, Terrier/Staffordshire Terrier, Doberman Pinscher, Presa Canario, Alaskan Malamute, Rottweiler, Chow, Akita, Wolf-hybrid.
We do not offer furnished apartments.
We do offer reserved parking for $100 per month.
Our community amenities include a 24/7 fitness center, 24/7 package lockers, dog wash station, controlled building access, outdoor ping pong and cornhole, saltwater pool, indoor game room with billiards, BBQ/picnic area, 24/7 coffee bar, elevator access, dog park and 24/7 emergency maintenance.
We do not have an amenity fee.
We do not have a guest suite.

The approval process typically takes 48-72 hours.

We do accept co-signers and guarantors. They must make 5x the monthly base rent for income and have a minimum credit score of 650.
We require a government issued photo ID, social security card, and one month's worth of paystubs.
